I want to take this time to give my awesome caregivers, Dr Sanjay Jr. and MA Michelle and shot out my the great care they render to my ailing body. I am in such good hands with this office. Michelle is very knowledgeable,efficient and knows her stuff for real. 5 stars it is.

I have been a patient for several years. Very good staff and appointment availability. I have been seeing Brian Lippman and am very pleased.

This office is crazy busy. Can be difficult to get a hold of the front desk. Goes to Voice mail most of the time. It's an older facility, most of the staff is friendly. Dr. Saifi is genuinely kind and is the reason I've stayed. He is very easy to talk to and tells me like it is. I have been a patient for 10+ years. With the renovations done in late 2017, the waiting room now more comfortable. I've switched offices and so much happier with another Dr.

HIPAA Violation Today I received a return call and was given another patients name, phone number, and their date of birth. This information should NEVER be given to others. She was rude from the beginning and kept insisting she already had my information. I have never been there which I repeatedly told her and her way of responding was as follows, "this is ......... at ................ address, isn't it?" When I again told her again that it wasn't me, she responded by saying, " well is your birthday...........". Again it was not, it was another patients information. This is why I decided to write the review. To add to it, she was rude from the beginning. When she called me back she did not state who she was or where she was calling from. Best Doctor on the planet by far. Dr. Saifi really cares about his patients as well as his PA's Brian, Jenny and all of his staff. My family has been with them for 20+ years, through good and bad they have been a blessing.
