DO NOT COME TO THIS HOSPITAL!! Expecially if you’re pregnant. If I could rate them 0 star I would. Every time I come here I’m sitting in the hallway with no bed. This time I’m pregnant, I’m in so much pain I had to go to the nearest hospital. They still put me in hallway after the waiting room never got a room or no one even seen me after I’ve been sitting there for over 30 minutes. I could be possibly having another miscarriage which I just had one 7 months ago and these people do not care !!!! The hallway steady getting full of people that they can’t see! I had to leave and go to HOLY CROSS since no one came to check on me. I’d rather go to a further hospital with great service than to go to the nearest one with terrible service which they’re gonna take hours to see their patients. 0 OUT

The emergency room. These people treated me like if I was an animal. No empathy or sympathy what so ever! From the doctor that was working 01/30/26 the nurse, the cop that was on duty down to the phlebotomist. I’ve never in all my years of living have ever been treated so bad!!! The doctor slammed the door to shut me up. The nurse didn’t want to help me take off my clothes ( to say the least ) and the phlebotomist dug the needle in my arm moved it around several times and still couldn’t find my vein. What a experience I wouldn’t want this to happen to anyone. DONT COME to hospital!!!!!!!

I recently had to visit the ER and was eventually admitted. I just want to say that my experience at this hospital was amazing. I want to thank the ER nurse I cant remember her name but she has a cute baby 🐶 named Lolita, nurses (Susan), MD Mercado and Cassandra, Diane my PCA, housekeeper Rachel, case manager Natasha and Telly from food service. I stayed on the 2nd floor and it was very clean. Housekeeping Manager as well as concierge staff checked in with me to ensure all was up to par which it was. I had to stay throughout Thanksgiving week and all I can say is the food was delicious (I will post some pictures). I truly want to thank everyone who was involved in my care, I appreciate it so much! ❤️

Been sitting here in the ER room since 12:30am saw the doctor for 2 mins at admittance. The nurse on duty at the time was great. It is now 9:45am. No sign of the doctor. The nurses since shift change haven't even updated the boards. Patients are lining the halls. 1:28pm still in ER. Finally got some food. You make the call.

I’ve never had to write a review about a hospital before, but my recent visit and stay at Florida Medical Center was nothing short of DISAPPOINTING. The nurses, PCA staff, and even the servers were the only pleasant part of my entire experience. I was rushed there because it was the closest facility, but honestly, they could have chosen anywhere else. I KNOW they knew and it was the worst choice possible. Once I became more coherent and started reading other reviews, I realized I’m not alone in this uncomfortable experience. This hospital desperately needs more caring and communicative doctors or at least knowledgeable practitioners (APRNs) who can properly explain, reassure, and treat patients with compassion. In my 16 years of managing this condition and visiting many hospitals, this
