Dr Thayer and staff were very professional and made you feel at ease. I walked in was greeted promptly then taken to a room by Kathleen where she explained everything to me. Dr Thayer they walked I. Greeted you like you are an important person not a number. He then explained the procedure asked if you had any pain or other issues and gave you time to ask questions and understand the procedure. He was gentle for having to remove a tooth and roots. I highly recommend this practice and Dr Thayer.

Dr Thayer is the finest trauma oral surgeon period. My wife was in a terrible accident. His work, bedside manner and follow up you seldom see anymore. We had been vactioning at the time of the accident. Dr. Thayer at the time called other Doctors in Michigan I could see for follow up. Thank you for caring so much!

I was referred to Dr. Thayer from my dentist for an erosion on my upper gum. Has been going on for over a month. <y dentist took x-rays and I brought them to Dr. Thayer. I had asked for an estimate for the cost when I made the appointment since I was a cash paying customer. They explained depending on what was done from $100 to $300. Dr. Thayer was very polite and he examined my gum and proscribed a antibiotic rinse. Could not tell me more because he said he needed x-rays that mine were not good enough but there machine was down so they could not take any. when I went to check out the lady at the desk told me it was $340.00!!! For what I asked, she said the exam. He spent like 5 minutes with me and could do the full exam because they couldn't take x-rays. So what is the lower charge for $1

He is a really good dentist! He has great bed side manners. I can tell that he really cared and I was not just a number for him. Dr. Thayer, thanks for all you do. It has been a blessing to have you as my oral surgeon.
