Got a hand xray from Dr Aaron Heligman and called him to get more detail as it was a confusing write up with likely typos. He would not take my call and brushed me off to refer to my Dr. My Dr has left it equally confusing, now I am left with nothing for understanding. 20 seconds of Aaron time would have cleared it up. He refers to my 2nd finger why?? ( I don't have one, it got cut off) so what help is that, I was there for info on my middle and ring finger. I don't think he knew I had 4 fingers, observant... thanks for nothing.

Sent a bill without making a claim to my insurance. It was for a x-ray for one of my children. They somehow got my first and last name, along with my DOB and that same information for everyone else on my insurance plan. When I called the lady she put me on hold and never came back.

Dr. Joseph D’alanzo missed my breast cancer and now I’m stage three. Get a different medical professional to look at your mammogram!! RUN!

Had a very pleasant experience. Insurance coverage was explained well and walked me through the process.
