Avoid this place at all costs. My father had stents in for 2 months and never received proper follow-up care. After confirming an appointment, we showed up only to be told there was no authorization the day before. Staff is not following up on auths ans wasting patient time. Meanwhile, my father has been in extreme pain, bleeding and urinating -razor blades, and no one at this office answers calls. Even when the primary care manager called directly, the doctor never responded. Answering machine. The doctor is completely uncompassionate, and the staff are beyond unprofessional -- cussing in the background and gossiping on the phone instead of helping patients. The receptionist even told us "kidney stones and stents do not cause pain," which is insulting and dangerously false. All while tu

I would not recommend you waste your time in this place. After already having an initial referral, seeing the doctor, getting tests done and ultrasound results for a doctor that works here, who btw sent my dad to get the exams, they said they cant read the results of the exams just because according to them the referral had expired, so the specialist doctor in this clinic is not capable of making a decision on whether or not my dad needs more treatment or follow up, they supposedly need the primary doctor to do a referral once again. This is the dumbest thing ever and on top of that the clinic only attempted to reach out to my dad the day before the appointment, which we had to make 6 months in advance. Dr. Mennie, terrible experience. I waited more than two hours to see this urologist, and when he finally came in, he spent barely five minutes with me. No physical exam was performed, even though this was my first time visiting a urologist. Instead, he stared at his tablet the whole time, just typing away to bill insurance for a full office visit. This was not medical care—it was rushed, careless, and unethical. Absolutely unacceptable.

I had a great experience with staff, they are extremely friendly, very helpful with our needs. They do follow up on my request very timely. Dr Mennie, very knowledgeable and friendly. Amazing DOCTORS! staff is very friendly & kind, my grandpa is a patient of Dr. Peter Mennie he's been seeing him for over a year now he's been doing great and feels a lot better i definitely recommend him.
