Worse doctors office I have ever encountered. They schedule about 30 people at the same time and they make you sit in the waiting room for hours. Literally 2-3 hours. Service is terrible. The staff refuses to do any work. They force you to print out your new patient paperwork at home and email it back but they are so unorganized they don’t even check the email to find the paperwork. Literally any other doctors office would be better than this place. I’d legit rather be seen by a doctor in a third world country before I go to this office again. The front staff won’t even acknowledge you if you walk in. The front staff doesn’t answer the phone if you call. You have to call 5 times in a row to get someone to answer the phone. This is bar none the BEST place I have ever been. The staff is always kind and accommodating are they always busy and is their usually a wait time YES, but that is no different than any other Dr's office. The Dr's are absolutely phenomenal I have had numerous procedures usually emergency and I have never been treated anyway but with kindness and respect. The hospital bedside manner bar none is the best. Dr Fadley and Dr Fisher I don't think I spelled correctly are very thoughtful and thorough. Linda is an absolute Angel. They are not the 9-4 Dr's off on weekends, I have been visited at 9 at night 7 in the am and all in between. I have never had any issues including after hours call backs. This practice is very disorganized, scheduled me for surgery when more bloodwork was needed! I’m losing faith in Florida Urology and Advent Health!

TERRIBLE !!! If I could give this establishment a minus 1 star, I would. They had me waiting almost an hour after my appointment started. Left me in a room to wait for the doctor and no one even checked up on me or came back to say the doctor will be with you soon. Only when I made my way to the exit did someone asked me if I were leaving. One of the workers said the doctor was on the phone with another patient. I was like WHAT! And I even saw him comfortably on the phone sitting down in the receptionist area like he was in no rush to attend his scheduled appointment with me. These people don't care. Maybe he's making a ton of money and I was some nobody. Well, that's how I felt. There's better service elsewhere.

Staff is trash. You want to call to do anything they put you on hold with ETA, no acknowledgement whatsoever. Then just hang up or send you to voicemail. They way the staff treat clients - potential, past or current - makes you not even want to utilize their office. Hopefully your insurance can send you someplace that's not here
