BEWARE! This company will take your money easily but I have never been able to access courses and after multiple phone calls and emails, have never heard back from them. It wasn't a large amount of money but it's the principle. Still, they're making a fortune off people like me who paid and now can't get their money back. STAY AWAY!!!

Paid for access to the website in Dec but with the holidays and travel didn’t finish all credits. Have been trying to finish and website no longer exists. Emails come back un deliverable. Now I have to pay more to another company so I can finish last credits needed.

Site can't be reached. They already have my money but I'm unable access the courses. Called several times, no answered.

These are the course required for renewal, but this site does not offer Florida Laws and Rules, Recognizing Impairment in the Workplace, or Human Trafficking. Can you please add these courses so we meet Florida's requirements? It's much more convenient to complete all necessary CEUs in one place. I do appreciate how quickly these certificates are reported to CE Broker once complete.

I used this company during my last RN license renewal without any issues. Bought lifetime membership. Now this year renewal period a lot of problems. Can't contact anyone to advise their website is down. Don't see any of the courses added that I have taken so far on the CE broker site. Can't add them as not enough information that is requested by CE Broker to add the proof of the course. I guess I'm out the money I paid for lifetime & now can't even get back to the courses I have already taken over the past couple of months. I hope I don't' have to start all over again for all my CEU hours for this renewal period. Plus will have to pay money to other company if I have to go that way
