Very happy with my experience. Although I Went in at 30 weeks pregnant with wisdom teeth pain, they took all precautions needed and made me feel very comfortable! They also helped me with a payment plan I was happy with. Everyone is super nice! I would definitely recommend them!(:

After weeks of looking for just the right place for my family to establish a new dentist, I chose Floss Dental of Magnolia. My insurance, Delta Dental PPO, was approved! I began the very long process of filling out the pre-appo intment paperwork, which was more detailed than my doctor's office! They had all my personal information now!!! My appointment was over a week out. I rearranged my schedule and took time off work. I got my appointment reminder by text the day before, as well. Then I get a call from Floss in the EVENING before my appointment. The receptionist said that I would have additional out of pocket costs! My insurance states these costs are covered at 100%. Floss said that may be true, but WE take an additional 30%!!! In other words, they dragged me through the ringer... made

As I am 66 years old and have had a lot of dental problems. I can honestly say that this is the best experience I have ever had at the dentist. No trying to pressure me into high dollar dental plan. They were more interested and helping me get out of pain and this was accomplished very quickly. No pain when numbing my mouth and virtually no pain with the four extractions I had to have. These are the most compassionate & caring people I have ever met in the medical field and will recommend them to anybody that I know needs dental work.
