Went for a cleaning and exam. The dentist asked what brings you in today? A cleaning and exam...cool...exam completed...now they send me to the front lobby for a treatment plan. I was there for a whole hour and never got my teeth cleaned. They wanted me to come back for that. Yet my appointment was made for exam and cleaning. I have never to be such a place. I will be calling my insurance as I am sure they will be billing my insurance. Do not book here

Simone was awesome. She is so friendly, efficient, professional and made my experience great! Dr. Raina was superb! My first time meeting her and she made me feel as if I’d been coming there for a long time. All the staff were friendly and professional and the business is so clean and modern. I’m extremely happy with the service and I’m glad I switched to Floss dental!

It was easy to get a quick appointment at this place, they were able to get me in within the same week. I had a pretty good experience, everybody is friendly and hospitable. I had to get x-rays done and they were done very professionally, and I was in and out of there. I’m going back for a cleaning on Monday. I highly recommend this place, love the staff, love the doctor, and love their customer service.
