Zero stars. I had a very frustrating experience with this office twice. I scheduled a last-minute appointment before leaving the country and called ahead to say I was on my way. I was explicitly told to “come in.” When I arrived, the office was closed and no one answered the door. I called again while standing outside and still received no response. What a huge waste of time and energy. The irony is that I hadn’t been back in over a year for the exact same reason. Over a year ago, I showed up for an appointment and no one answered the door then either, causing me to be late for work. I gave the practice another chance due to urgency, and unfortunately the experience was repeated. This is a terrible patient experience and shows a lack of basic communication and professionalism. My Family and I have been going to this office for over 6 years. My girls had a terrible experience with a previous dentist and they were terrified but Dr Breggs made them feel comfortable and she was very informative throughout the whole process!!! She’s the Best

Had an appointment today at 10 am. Got there around 9:30 to have time to fill out paperwork no one was there. At 9:56 a receptionist showed up and said the dentist was stuck in traffic due to an accident. So this ended before it even got the chance to start. I was not asked to reschedule or anything. This whole encounter took place in the park lot. I would like to say the receptionist was very kind and professional but she sounded like this was nothing new. My daughter missed school and my mother changed her schedule to be there. Entire day wasted now.

Today 7/2/2024,, I had the best experience, Dr.Breggs truly is a competent Dentist. I have anxiety issues, and she was patient, professional, and I have never experienced a tooth extraction, that was quick and nearly painless. I was. Done in approx. 20minutes from stepping into the office and leaving the office.I highly recommend her to anyone who is searching for a competent, friendly professional and caring person, with a very nice staff. Especially seniors, and people with anxiety.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Breggs. She was very polite and gentle as well as her assistant. Glad to know we have found a place where we are comfortable. This is definitely the place to go if you have anxiety of dentist. She kept us informed of what was covered and what wasn't covered under our insurance. Great customer service, and was able to accommodate my schedule. I will definitely be returning and have found a dental office I can call my own.
