Dr. Byman at Floseen Family Dental was absolutely exceptional. I had a dental emergency on a Saturday night and was leaving for a trip the next day. After calling around, his answering service — the sweetest and most compassionate woman — arranged for me to be seen right away. Dr. Byman personally met me at the office after hours at 6:00 p.m. on a Saturday to repair my veneer. He was kind, efficient, and truly one of the most caring professionals I’ve encountered. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. This is a team that genuinely cares about their patients, and it truly shows. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I highly recommend this office and their amazing staff.

It was my first time here last week. My dental hygienist, Jackie was SO amazing. She not only did a great job with my cleaning but explained everything and had such a fun personality. She made going to the dentist a truly enjoyable time. Dr Byman and Dawn his dental assistant did a filling for me today and they both were just as great as Jackie. So easy to talk to and made me feel so comfortable. My filling was done great and very quickly. 10/10 recommend Flossen Dental!

Dawn, the dental assistant, was wonderful—kind, attentive, and very reassuring throughout the visit. I am someone who struggled so much with dental anxiety until I found Flossen. To start, I called on a Friday and was greeted by one of the nicest women I have ever spoken to. She helped me with scheduling an appointment, estimates, and was available to discuss any questions or concerns I had. When I arrived for my appointment everyone at the front desk was so welcoming and kind. I did not have to wait long at all either. I saw Dr. Riley and her assistant Dawn. They were both so friendly and made me feel so comfortable throughout my entire appointment. I was smiling and laughing with them the entire time!
