Food City Pharmacy

Never a problem, however I do agree that some people can only get here on weekends.

Really confused about Food City’s Pharmacy customer service. I had never used them before, I checked prices and they were the cheapest for my prescription. My Dr called them last week and I have been waiting and waiting for someone to call when my script was filled. No call so I called them. I was told my script was filled last week, but no one picked up so they placed my script back on the shelf. Serious.....any pharmacy I have ever dealt with has out bound calling. Why would they not call a customer when their script was filled? Why???

Have been coming here for a long time and will never go back. The women that work the pharmacy are extremely rude... the pharmacist is awesome , but the techs are the most judge mental rudest people I have ever encountered .

Very friendly. No judging, like most pharmacist. Fast workers. I give them 10 stars! Great people!

Closes early Saturday and closed on sundays. Most of us can only pick up at those times. Great staff though.
