I had the most uncomplicated experience one could have for an eye doctor appointment. My initial same day call in appointment exchange with Crystal was easy. I had a few questions about how long it would take because I had another appointment following. She was clear and concise with managing expectations. Once I arrived Angie took great care of me regarding my paperwork, insurance benefits and she handled part 1 of my exam. She was both friendly & professional. Dr.Burr was wonderful and eased my angst about the exam. Afterwards, Mary discussed my next steps to securing new specs. Very personable and made me feel important among the masses of clients. Ms. Melissa was very helpful as soon as I walked in the door she’ was warming I went directly to her , she’ helped assist me and every way she’s the best!! 10/10 love this place!! Highly recommended

My appointment went smoothly and the doctor was great, but they did not submit the appointment to my insurance even though they asked for it multiple times so I had to call to get my receipt emailed for my health spending reimbursement. I called multiple times and was put on hold exceeding 10 minutes each time.

Vanessa,Vanessa - I walked in was greeted with by consumate professional. I glass we broken, screws missing and u need my glasses daily. Vanessa took them, placed screws and even cleaned them bought them back with a holiday smile. I shopped for new glasses while waiting. Vanessa your customer service skills are top notch.
