I want to express my profound disappointment regarding my visit today, July 17, 2025, for my six-month check-up with Dr. Rastogi. I have been a patient of Dr. Rastogi's since I was a teenager, and this is the first time I have encountered such an unacceptable experience. Upon my arrival, a staff member, a woman with pink glasses whose name I did not catch, immediately made me feel uncomfortable. She looked at me from head to toe and displayed a clear attitude. After my X-ray, she informed me that I had to wait outside because I was late, despite the fact that I had called ahead to inform the office that I would be approximately 10 minutes late due to difficulty finding parking. Very unprofessional and discriminating. I showed up on time for my appointment and they skipped me to take a patient who was two hours late they have zero respect for people time. The last that answered the phone is very nice and knows how to do her job well I feel bad she has to work at such a low class facility.

They are liars! When I made an appointment the receptionist told me $150 for a cleaning I’m like ok. When I get to the appointment the receptionist charges my card the $150 and told me I needed to get X-Rays done first before the cleaning. After the X-Rays I see the dentist who then stated that I have to pay another $150 for cleaning. I explained to him that is not what they said to me when I booked the appointment. He then stated that’s how we get people! They will not be getting my money EVER again!

I've been a patient at this dental practice for almost 3 years. I've always had a pleasant experience with the front desk personnel, and dental assistants who are very welcoming and friendly. Dr. Rastogi has become an invaluable part of my routine and emergency dental health needs. I'd give the practice 5 stars if it had a better maintained appearance...visual basic details does count (i.e. wall paint).

Dr Rabi was good at dealing with kids. My son is 4 years old and Dr Rabi did a great job. Professional and patient. The whole process was smooth. I would have given them 5 stars regarding the service my son received. But we made appointment for a family of three: one kid and two adults. My husband didn’t have a good experience, nor did I. The very thing I want to complain is their poor scheduling and time management.The office is closed at 2:00pm on Saturday. The office staff made an appointment for my family at 1:00pm on Saturday. After over 30 minutes’ waiting and paper work as new customers, little time was left for the Doctor to do anything sufficient for patients.
