Dr. Norberto torres was awesome. The front desk and the nurse that was in the room were just fantastic. He does not lecture you. He lets you know the issues and is a great listener. And most of us already know the issues before we even go in. Dr. Torres is not just a doctor but a human being. Was seen before my actual appointment time. As a doctor myself I was pleasantly surprised.

Very unprofessional experience. I called Formé Medical Center to get clarification on a test ordered by Dr. Julia. The staff member named Sharon answered the phone and hung up on me three times. On another call, I was placed on hold and never returned to the line. I was not even given the opportunity to explain my question. As a patient who pays for medical services, I expect basic professionalism and respect. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable. I hope management addresses this issue, because patient communication should be a priority.

NYS Department of Health has revoked their ability to write prescriptions for controlled substances (I suffer from panic attacks and take Alprazolam). This place is an absolute joke. Stay away, far away from this shady practice. I'll start from the beginning. On my first visit the front desk spelled my name wrong and entered the wrong date of birth. If you have an appointment at 1pm, don't expect to be seen until AT LEAST 1:30. I've been a patient for 4+ years and have never had to wait less than 30-45 minutes past my appointment time. They bill your insurance incorrectly. They have been billing my insurance under a doctor I've never even seen. They have a revolving door of doctor's coming and going because of these issues. They don't answer the phone or return messages for days at

FYI, this place is no longer an Urgent Care, though they continue to advertise themselves that way. The last 3-4 times I've tried to walk in (over a 2 year period), they say they can't take walk-ins because they only have one doctor and they're "really busy with appointments." That's not Urgent Care. That's just a doctor's office. Not sure why they are fine wasting everyone's time advertising themselves as something they're not. I tried to call first to prevent this happening, but of course they couldn't be bothered to answer, which meant I walked to them in the rain for nothing. Take it from me and save the time and go elsewhere that actually takes walk-ins!

They referred me to White Plains Hospital for a procedure and assured me it would be entirely covered by insurance. A month later I got a huge bill. The quality of the care is very hit or miss, depending on who you get and how much time they are willing to spend with you. They are badly disorganized with issuing prescriptions, test results, doctor schedules, and appointment times. I don't recommend coming here unless you have nowhere else to go.
