They need to practice their "bullying, compassion policy" on their clients as well. My dog broke her back and had to be put down. I was very upset considering the first response was we have no appointments and she hasn't been seen since 2023, extremely rude. . Didn't need to be seen was up to date. Nothing tomorrow. Maybe next Tuesday.. Was I upset? Absolutely considering I was a client. Was told to drive to Brewer in a white out storm. Was also told we are closing in 7 minutes the second time I called. Then when I called with a new pet to make an appointment, they made it and I was called back and told me we can't take you or your pets and would not give a reason, just a good luck finding someone else. That dog cried all the way to Brewer so don't talk to me about compassion!

Been a Clint for a few years here. Called 3 weeks ago about my cat that was fixed there two years ago because she strarted to lose weight. When I called I was told you haven’t been here for awhile so we can’t take you. Asked about my husband and said they would call me back and no call. Tonight my baby kitty died. Shame on this vet for not taking Clint’s that have had 5 cats fixed there and my dog seen there! I will make sure this never happens again!!! Even if they did labs just to tell me she couldn’t have been saved I would have had her put to sleep. Shame shame shame my daughter’s cat is died and it’s on your mind now. I will be protesting to get better animal care in Aroostook county promise on my poor baby life!!!

Don't bother even trying to go here. They could care less. We were on their so called "waiting list" for over 3 yrs. When we called after year 2 apparently there was a new waiting list and we weren't on it. So we got put on the "waiting list" AGAIN. We continued to drive our best friend over an hour to caribou and sometimes 3 hrs to the wonderful veazie veterinarian which I highly recommend. Which brings me to a horror of a day when we needed emergency care and the closest place was an hour. I tried to drive totally inconsolable my dead little buddy that I had tried CPR and rescue breaths on to.........nowhere. I had to let him go. There was no one to help. I had to keep his body overnight and try to keep him warm and comfortable until we could get him in to be cremated. We took him here

Probably the coldest experience I've ever had. My dog is in dire condition, struggling to breath, so I called this place out of desperation. Their response was "Sorry but we close early on Friday." It was 9:30 am. "Please is there anything you can do?" "Try calling Brewer" then she hung up on me. Truly this Animal Hospital is a hospital run by animals. If you're looking for humanity you won't find it here.

“Thank you” to careless lady on the phone, I do understand you were rushing to close up. I only asked questions to make poor thing to survive. But I got it very clear no new pets.
