Foundations to Function

Deborah is the absolute best CFT practitioner and human. Our whole family loved receiving care from her, and the results of fascia therapy for us were immediate, tangible and lasting. We tell everyone about it and highly recommend trying fascia therapy for any/all reasons! At the very least it will give your body and nervous system the best foundation for every day living, but for us it has done so much more. We blame Deborah for a lot of good things that have come from our time unwinding on the therapy table.

Deborah is kind and calming and full of insight. I always leave feeling relaxed and peace filled. She genuinely cares about her clients and is open to share her own life experiences as well for things that have helped her. The technique she uses was new to me but definitely helped with my anxiety.

Deborah saw my baby for several visits when she was 5 months old for CFT. We saw a noticeable decrease in her body tension after just a few visits. I think Deborah played a great part in my baby's developmental success!
