I have been seeing Dr. Francisco Puentes for the past 5 years for my thyroid cancer. Throughout this time, he has provided excellent care and has always been very knowledgeable, patient, and supportive. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure I understand my treatment and follow-up care. I truly feel grateful to have such a dedicated doctor managing my health. I highly recommend Dr. Puentes to anyone needing specialized thyroid care.

I’m a naturally anxious person, and I’ll admit I get a little scared around doctors. I was looking for an endocrinologist because I suspected a hormonal imbalance, and from the moment I called the office, the staff treated me with such kindness that I immediately thought, “This is the place.” When I arrived, the clinic was beautiful, it honestly felt like walking into a spa. He's a great doctor. He's very straightforward & doesn't always just want to tell you what you want to hear. He makes you repeat everything so that you understand what's going on. He's been my endocrinologist for a few months and I am amazed when he says now it's time for final treatment. I can finally get surgery done and move on to the next step which is getting myself back together. Thank you Dr. PUENTES! And, he will be the only endocrinologist I'll be seeing.

Dr. Puentes is very professional, meticulous in his work ad very dedicated to his patients well-being and speaks fluent English and Spanish. He currenrly working on his new office at 1820 The exchange SE, Suite 100, Atlanta. The attention from his staff is excellent.

Please be aware this office is not located in Cartersville it is now in Atlanta! It's very disrespectful that I was not aware of this until one week prior to my appointment. I asked the doctor could I receive one month of prescriptions until I find a new endocrinologist and I was denied that request. I was his patient for 2 years and never missed an appointment. Very disappointed in how the doctor and his office staff handled this situation. This doctor is definitely not worth the drive from Cartersville to Atlanta!
