Franklin Square Hospital

Good morning. 9 hours and not admitted. All good labs none of the following: infection, thyroid stuff, pregnancy, covid, flu, or rsv. They sent me home the way I came except now I have a $100 co-pay because I wasn't admitted. They wouldn't even do an MRI of my brain. Honestly, I think they didn't do the MRI because I have one scheduled for next week. I have MS, an MRI would have given them more insight. Now I'm home still fatigued, body aches, overall weakness, and loss of appetite. I still feel terrible and my symptoms began on September 20th.

We are really afraid to be in ER. My dad has dizziness and being admitted for fours and they just put in the room. No medication, no nurse or physician came to check. I have to requested to be discharged because the more he in the room the more my dad got tired. Sick being sickness

Don't ever go to this hospital ER. I was treated very poorly by 95% of the staff. I asked why I didn't receive dinner, I was told food wasn't a priority. They offered me a turkey sandwich, I said I don't really prefer that and the woman said "well we don't have caviar". Took 5 people to get an IV in and I have a home infusion nurse who gets me on the first try every time. Had an adverse reaction and was told I did not. I spoke to an outside medical professional who assured me that I did and I googled it. I had to educate the nurse who told me it was not an adverse reaction but my autoimmune disease. Sad thing is I was there to receive IVIG under observation in case I had an adverse reaction! SMH! So much incompetence and a complete lack of compassion. I had surgery at the surgica

I came to this hospital back in January for muscle spasms that were so bad and painful I couldn’t even walk. I will never forget how I started crying from the pain and the doctor that was attending to me dismissed my pain and answered for me when another doctor asked me if I was okay and she said “yeah” (in an annoyed tone as if me crying from PAIN was an inconvenience) when I obviously wasn’t. I have never forgotten that day and I will never return to this hospital again and shame on that doctor who dismissed my pain and me crying from said pain. If i remembered her name i would absolutely report her for negligence.

Someone I care about was taken here for self harm. They left her alone, knowing why she was there. Guess what happened next? Correct, more self-harm. These people didn't care. If you care about your loved ones, STAY. AWAY. Update: They never even dressed her injuries either..
