I have been a patient of Fresh Dermatology for over 2 years for both medical and cosmetic services. The entire staff is caring and attentive. Dr. Thrash is compassionate and so knowledgeable. April, her aesthetician, is a sweetheart and I’ve always left feeling pampered. I can’t recommend more highly!

I cannot put into words how much I love this office and Maria! I scheduled my 15 month old daughter and myself appointments, everyone was so friendly and helpful. From scheduling the appointments over the phones to being seen. Maria was very patient with my 15 months old who was ready for a nap and very cranky. She is invested in us and has even called me personally to check in. I love this place!!
