FRIENDLY PHARMACY

First of all rude store owner and he was not nice to his staff when I saw him also working within the pharmacy as well. He needs to work on his people skills a little more and also treat his workers with more kindness as I saw this as disrespectful so I ended up leaving as soon as I received my prescription. Also not a very clean environment I saw him not sanitizing his hands and his counters had dirt on them as well. Within all of this I have it a 1 star because I saw HIM PUT MY MEDICINE BACK IN THE BOTTLE, from off the ground as he accidentally made it open and it was a very dirty floor as well as the counters. He went ahead and did not sanitize his hands before putting it back in the bottle as well, so I got my medicine and just left in disgust. So once again I wouldn’t suggest anyone

Prescriptions have been ready and on time. Pharmacist is always friendly and helpful. Being open on Saturdays until 2pm is a huge help!

The pharmacist and staff are always very pleasant , knowledgeable and helpful. They always have my prescriptions ready when they say it will be, so its always quick to get in and out with usually no lines or wait. Plus they know me and my family on a first name basis. I have been going to Friendly's over the last few years simply because of proximity to home. Every experience has been less than average, but my visit night was horrendous! I called early in the day to confirm that the pharmacy had received the prescription from my daughter's pediatrician for 3 medications. I also asked if they had all been filled. The person on the phone was hard to understand and was not polite...but that didn't bother me too much. Then I left work early to pick up my daughter's prescription before I grabbed her from the sitter's house. When I got there, they started to ring me up and then told me they didn't have one medication in stock. It would have been a good time for them to tell me this when I had called earlier.
