I can honestly say that Frontier Neurology is everything we’ve been looking for. They don’t treat you like a number — they truly take their time with you and make you feel like an individual with independence, rather than talking down to you. The process of trying to understand what’s going on with your mind and memory can be incredibly scary. From the very beginning, the office staff has been kind, patient, and supportive, guiding us through every step. The doctor takes his time, is very personable, has an excellent bedside manner, and genuinely makes you feel important. He listens, and you truly feel that what you want and need from the experience matters. We would absolutely go nowhere else for our care.

From the moment I walked into the office, everyone has been so kind, understanding, and patient. They make you feel truly cared for and never rushed. Dr. Fuentes is the first neurologist who really took the time to listen and dig deeper into what was going on. After seeing several doctors with no clear answers, he was the only one able to give me a diagnosis and a plan to help. Mr. Fuentes was a great provider. He was attentive to my needs and listened to my concerns. Even though appts felt short I never felt rushed nor felt like he didn’t take anything I said like I was crazy. For someone with seizures and migraines this is very important to us. I’m sad the military is moving us away from him as he was my favorite Neurologist thus far!

Dr. Fuentes was compassionate, patient, and attentive. He listened carefully to my symptoms, validated my concerns, and created a thoughtful plan for next steps. For the first time in a while, I felt heard and supported. I highly recommend him.

I’m only leaving one star in hopes this gets the office’s attention. I am surprised that a medical practice that specializes in migraines has a waiting area that has such a strong perfume smell. Scents are strong triggers for people who suffer from migraines and I would think they’d know this and not pump the waiting room with whatever that perfumey air freshener smell is. This is not a one time occurrence either - as a patient who has been there a few times it always smells strongly and I hope the office manager can do something to address this. The practice is otherwise fine but every appointment I have with them I always get a migraine and am in severe pain the rest of the day. Please stop pumping that scent into your office - scents trigger migraines!
