Had a really positive experience with the staff here and feel confident continuing my PT regime at home to maintain my progress. Came in 3 months ago with back pain and numbness/tingling in my legs, possibly due to sciatic nerve or piriformis issues. Tara was my PT and had a practical approach to physical therapy that helped me understand what was happening and what was reasonable to expect as therapy progressed. She pointed out my progress and encouraged me to modify exercises for my ability level without making me feel like a defective person for needing to modify them. Ali and Eric also helped me with exercises during my sessions, and I appreciated how Tara was thoughtful in the exercises she gave me to work on with them. The therapist are really great HOWEVER the receptionist makes the experience not great. There has been multiple mistakes from her with zero accountability. When you ask for clarity. she gets upset and suggests a new place for PT. She clearly doesn"t like her job and this will ultimately impact the company. Ray for PT has been amazing with my son. Tara was wonderful with me.

Alysia is a fantastic physical therapist! After I had surgery on my ankle she helped me go from crutches to running and has armed me with a whole workout of exercises I can do at home. The entire crew from Melena to the techs to the therapists are amazing. Highly recommended if you ever need physical therapy.

I just graduated with Dr. Tara and I am SOOOOO happy with my ankle injury recovery! She went above and beyond with me and was super kind always. The staff overall was very fun to be with and very attentive. Highly recommend this location!!

I highly recommend Ray Moore and team - Jay, Eric, Ali and Milena - in the Springfield office. Ray treated me for tendonitis of the Achilles tendon over the last several months. He worked closely with me to determine the exercises that worked the best, and challenged me to try things I didn’t think I could do, but he never pushed me outside of my comfort zone. We even shared some laughs and woes about our prospective football teams. I hope I don’t need PT again anytime soon but if I do I won’t hesitate going back to see Ray.
