Doctor was very dismissive and didn’t hear me out. Pretty much said you have pancreatitis and were admitted for it 2 months ago. Your fine. Then feels my pancreas says yeah it’s full. Duhh Yeah I know because I’m still pain.and Says we don’t prescribe medication on the first visit. Okay that’s fine if you don’t I would have been happy with let me see your medical records and see how bad it was because all cases and recovery times are different. Then after I review them will see you back and determine if you need any medication. But no he made me feel like I was bother. Then the gal came in and said next visit will in late April. My initial glowing review was removed after I left the practice due to receiving treacherous treatment. The only good thing I can say at this point about the clinic is that Mason and the front desk staff are very kind. Unfortunately after being mistreated I can no longer give a good review. Also I will add that they have the ability to remove reviews, my care provider and child who advocates for me left a revised review after the clinic manager called me extremely upset because they had posted reviews that were negative. I regret asking them to take them down now as it's clear that the clinic has the ability to remove whatever reviews they would like very unfortunate I had high hopes in the beginning. After spending time on the phone giving all my insurance info and being sure they understood I was scheduled with someone I was really looking forward to seeing. I showed up early only ti be told we reached out to you yesterday to cancel because we can't take your insurance when I asked you don't take Medicare she said not without advantage or one of those other plans. I said I have a 2nd through the tribe. Oh we can't bill then unless you have the other which is so NOT true. They could have left a message or tried that morning but nope. I don't think they know what they are doing

I had a very disappointing experience at this doctor’s office. From the moment I walked in, the environment felt unprofessional and disorganized. I was especially uncomfortable with how casually staff discussed patient information within earshot of others. It made me feel like my privacy wasn’t being respected at all, and it raised serious concerns for me about how sensitive information is handled there. On top of that, the newer, younger employees seemed completely unprepared and poorly trained. Instead of creating a supportive atmosphere, the staff interactions came across as careless and unprofessional, which only made the experience worse. I left feeling frustrated and uneasy.
