Gardner Audiology

This was my first set of hearing aids. Before going to Gardner I went to two other offices for my hearing problems. Neither one could address the issues properly or satisfactory manner. The staff, especially Sarah and JoJo at the Inverness office made the experience a pleasure for me. Sarah's attention to detail and making sure, the hearing aids worked properly for me went above and beyond. Would recommend to anybody I know if they needed a hearing test or hearing aids to go to Gardner.

I called Gardner to get some information on hearing aids for my mother, who is now hard of hearing. I spoke to someone named Kelsie who was not only very knowledgeable but so pleasant on the phone. In this day and age, it’s hard to get a human being on the phone…. Let alone a nice one! If we end up getting her hearing aids I will definitely be coming here!

Sarah Norton is absolutely the reason I returned to Gardner Audiology. She was very friendly and professional. She exhibited concern for my comfort and hearing issues. I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else. Great personality , knowledge and concern to make it PERFECT.

Update. I was contacted by somebody from Gardner audiology who proceeded to tell me that if I wanted any money back, I should get it from my insurance company because they had all of the money. At that point I was stunned. I said to her you’re lying to me are you telling me you do this for nothing and I hung up on her. I later got an email that was abusive rude and beyond the pale. Screenshots of all the abusive and dishonest communication with this company has been forwarded to my insurance company and will be forwarded to the Better Business Bureau. They are now attempting to intimidate me and that is just not acceptable. I sincerely hope that the insurance company will take steps to eliminate them from their network. Very impressive provider, with sophisticated medical staff, not just a retail hearing aid sales store. I have tried other options, and feel most confident and safe with this team. Sarah is a topnotch customer-focused tester and advisor. I am a happy camper !
