Garrett Orthodontics - San Luis Obispo, CA

My first time going to Dr. Garrett. Getting established with a new Orthodontist as I moved . He was very professional and I understood everything he said. Looking forward to finishing my orthodontic plan with him . Also the staff were very nice and made me feel welcome.

Very friendly office! Everyone was wonderful! Just wish I had checked to see if they had all my dental info prior to the appointment. Probably something I should have checked on before hand because I had recently had a procedure but I did not have all the details. Probably my fault.

Profit over patients. Super disappointing they tried to force me to do X-rays and photos which I literally just did one week prior by the dentist who referred me. The staff was super rude about me saying I’m not doing that again, treated me like a second class citizen, then she lied and said they could not offer orthodontics on one tooth problem, that “that wasn’t an option” I had to do all orthodontics on all teeth or none. I rarely write reviews but she was awful and there’s no excuse for bad customer service. I would rather drive to Santa Maria or Santa Barbara than ever deal with them again. And they could have made $7000 off me!

Absolutely love this establishment. They are all wonderful always very friendly and professional. Short wait times and I can already see the improvement in my teeth! Thank you guys!

The best. Friendly people who know what they are doing. Very efficient but we never feel rushed. I love the “2 hour” reminder text! Dr Garrett is patient and good with people of all ages. The financial part is painless in my opinion. I’m quite happy with everything.
