Can't say enough good things about this department. Went in for colonoscopy, which isn't a fun thing. :) The nurses, the Anesthesiologist, Assistants, IV guy were all so nice! I was nervous reading some of these reviews, but in my opinion, they don't get enough credit for what they do. They made me feel at ease and treated me with compassion. To the lady who asked, once I got in the procedure room if I was nervous, and I said a little. "Don't worry, we will take good care of you", this right here instantly made me feel better, thank YOU SO much. PLEASE! keep on doing what you are doing and whoever is hiring these professionals... thank you too!

Really wonderful experience considering what I was there for and how nervous I was leading up to it. All of the staff was very kind with good bedside manners. I never once felt uncomfortable. Thank you Dr. Nietsch, Don, and the rest of the team.

I am not a patient..my wife is.. but what an incredible experience..so kind , professional and caring..procedure was with Dr. Hasak but the staff from the receptionist to the nurse were so awsome

Terrible start to the relationship. Was put on Tremfya for crohns, given a whole plan. And was told to wait for labs and insurance approval. A month and a half later I had to call my insurance to see what was going on. They called the Dr's only to find my medication had been switched, not submitted to them, and I hadn't received a call about anything... mind you these are meds/Injections with set scheduled doses, lab work needed, and planned pattern of administration. Crohns isn't a screw around condition. I was just in the hospital for a week a little before this appointment. Seems to be no urgency or oversight.

I was brutalized and held against my will. I did nothing wrong. I was trying to leave. They chained me to a bed twice. Apparently you can be held against your will. Don’t agree to go to their driver program.
