Customer Reviews
I’ve never had this good of an experience at doctor’s office in my life! From the girl that checked me in, the doctor I saw, the lab draw, scheduling… incredible. Every single one of them was amazing. I would go here for everything if I could. Plus, it’s all ladies on deck, you’re not gonna have a better experience anywhere else.
Becky Jurgens is THE BEST. I’ve been dealing with several issues for quite some time and after two appointments with her I have the answer and it was simple. — she cares she is smart. Highly recommend.
Now I see why the reviews are bad. Cut throat. I was told two different locations so I accidentally went to R street I guess, so when I realized I was going to be 10 mins late I called to let them know and they lied and said it was fine… but it wasn’t. They never communicated with each other. The lady with straight brown hair and with the cold eyes at the front desk is rude and frankly shouldn’t work in healthcare. No compassion. I won't be back to this location because of it. I waited 3 months for this appt. No call, no nothing. 1 min late and they mark as a no-show. What is the point of calling if they don't communicate? She should have told me to not come in when I called instead of saying it's fine. So if you’re late just don’t go. Don’t call either.
When I first began working with this office, they were more than willing to assist me. They were kind enough to work with me on my issues, until the last leg of my treatment. I asked them to work with me in regards to medical documentation for my employer, but they rudely rebuffed my final request and when I tried to clarify they refused to even pass the note along to my provider and told me to contact my PCP. I felt the prior care provided was great up until it looked like I wouldn't need to come back. Once your patient status is in question, be prepared for this office to cease caring to work with you anymore.
My provider and her nurse were excellent. Polite, professional, and curious. My primary provider requested I undergo a consultation, willingly I complied. This is a new location for this company, but even receptionist was friendly, and seemed, comfortable in her new realm. Even some holiday art for photo nerds to capture. Doing a fine job understanding patients and redefining/refining sense of community.
