I have been dealing with Gatesville drug many many years. The service is top notch, the prices are more than fair. And as far as the man who owns and operates Gatesville drug, well from my perspective is and has always been someone to aspire to. I have known him a long time, he always does more than is expected and I believe he genuinely cares about the people he serves. As long as I'm breathing all of my business in regards to medications etc will always be with Gatesville drug. If you want to feel like you're trusting a close family member with your medication needs money etc then Gatesville drug is the place to get your meds. If you want to feel like just a number then go to one of the others.

I smile when the phone is answered by Gatesville Drug. I'm treated like family when I come in. Also, Kevin offers compound services. Deliveries that my mom depended on before she passed. The delivery person was kind and efficient. Thank you GV Drug for the wonderful service over the last 30 years. We love your new location.

These people have taken such good care of me. Words can't describe what a wonderful place this is they even put God loves you on their pill bottles. Did I mention that when I was Ill they would bring medicine to my door I mean who does that?? All the ladies there are so nice and friendly and they take your call anytime I just can't say enough things about how professional they are and they've never gotten my meds mixed up and they've always got got them to me on time. They do a wonderful job! Also their convenient drive-thru I don't have to get out of the car and go in and stand with a bunch of other people who might be ill. During covid that was really a plus!
