Gateway Pharmacy

This has been the worst pharamcy I have ever had to use from communication to time efficiency. First time I called waited over 30 minutes to hear from anyone then when I got my actual prescription they only gave me 1 out of 2 which took over 20 days to receive and I still do not have the second prescription that is missing.

Jenny, the pharmacist, is the one who is responsible for any five star reviews This place gets… she is awesome!! She knows how to run a pharmacy, super thorough and knowledgeable… felt like my consultation was better than a doctors visit.

Sadly I transferred my prescriptions away from this pharmacy, while Jenny was there full time this pharmacy was amazing. Jenny was very sweet and more helpful than most doctors regarding prescription information, she will be missed. Sam has now taken over as full time pharmacist and is the COMPLETE OPPOSITE of Jenny, he is rude, condescending, and the least helpful person in the building. I will not be back to this pharmacy and Sam is the reason for that.

I really haven't had an issue with this pharmacy until the last couple of months. My wife is in need of her meds and for some reason has not been getting them. The last time was a delivery which did not have all her meds but they insisted she got all of them. Even when she tries to show them all of her meds were not there, they did not give her what she needed and now she doesn't have what she needs. I'm not sure if they hired new people but some how her prescriptions is being misplaced or not being filled.

I have been using thud pharmacy for around 2 years now, and they've been fantastic the entire time! They've had my meds ready on time when I've needed them, they know me by name (way better than going to other pharmacies and having to give name/date of birth/etc), and they're always so friendly! I just had my 1st delivery experience, and i have no complaints. I called Saturday to see about delivery since i have a newborn. They mailed it Monday, and it was here Tuesday. The whole staff is caring, and every experience I've had has beena great one. If you want that small town, everyone knows your name pharmacy experience, this is the perfect place!
