For the first visit, I felt comfortable. Everyone was friendly and explained the procedure that was being done. The second visit was as comfortable as the first. The procedure was explained as well as the following visit. They also explain what the insurance covers. It's the most pain free dentistry I've ever had. The staff is friendly and polite. They make you feel as comfortable as possible.
