While the staff is usually down to earth and relatable I always seem to have a problem getting my prescriptions correct. After being seen today and after the nurse expressing how much pain she "knew" I was in because she had a similar problem and after jarred clark assuringe several times, you would think that the clinic would have made sure my prescription had been called into the pharmacy. So after standing in line for thirty minutes at Walmart only to be told I had nothing there to pick up to say I was mad would be a gross understatement. I called the afterhours line around 5 pm and was told by the operator (who isn't a nurse at all just an answering service) that she moved my call up the the top of the list. Well it is now 7:46 pm, I am in severe pain and probably will be for the rest

I have to admit, I was a little hesitated to try this clinic because of all the bad reviews. However, I heard Angela Graves was an amazing obgyn for pregnancy, so i went. I'm glad I did! Angela Graves is amazing! She answers all your questions and concerns, makes sure feel comfortable. She actually cares, which is huge for me. Her nurses and the front desk ladies are always pleasant and welcoming. I would definitely recommend! 😊

extremely long wait times. you spend more time waiting than you do actually seeing a dr.

My granddaughter, and I, took my young great-grandson in for a walk-in visit. The front desk personnel and nurse were wonderful at their jobs! Our wait time before seeing the doctor was 15 minutes, or less, and he was incredible! He diagnosed our little man in a matter of minutes and assured us the problem wasn't serious. Medications were Escribed to our pharmacy. Overall, the appointment took approximately 30 minutes. My great grandson left happy, because the doctor gave him 2 toys for being such a good boy! I highly recommend Genesis Prime! I greatly appreciate their dedication to excellent health care!

Not returning and will be going to an actual doctor. Every time I have an appointment with nurse practitioner Jared it seems so awkward as he don’t want to be in the same space as me. He never knows anything and I be feeling like my appointments be pointless so I will be taking my bcbs insurance elsewhere where I feel like they truly care about my well being. -Corsandra Dennis
