Staff is always friendly and helpful. This pharmacy and staff actually cares about it's customers, I will never use a different pharmacy.

I switched to Genoa Pharmacy from a larger retail store about 2 years ago. I can say that I am very happy with my decision. The staff are very friendly and professional. I love that they'll let me pay once a month rather than pay at every pickup. Ann and Delilah are awesome. I can't rate and praise this pharmacy high enough. They mail you your prescriptions or you can pick them up. They have fast and friendly service. You don't have to wait hours to get your medicine filled. I would highly recommend Genoa Pharmacy.

This place is a GOD SEND!! For Some UNGODLY Reason... Tri care for health booted All the pharmacys in our county off there acceptance lists. So Now, we have to go all the way to Beckley wv to pick up Dad's meds. Because tri care for life will Not cover the costs any more. Sound familiar 🤔 😕 If it wasn't for Genoa we wouldn't be able to get My 80 yr old Father's meds for him. Thank God for Gonoa. They ROCK!!
