Horrible pharmacy they are extremely rude and also forgetful. I asked 2 days ago to refill 2vmedications. And when I went to go pick up 2 days later they did not have them filled this is twice this has happened I am very unsatisfied with this location and feel as though I should have stayed with CVS

After being a customer for over a year, my doctor accidentally sent a prescription to the wrong location and I called this location to pull that medication and bring it to the speedway location... after waiting for my medication for 5 days I called to see what's taking so long. Apparently some genius thought I wanted my entire profile to be sent to the other location. HEY PHARMACIST! INSTEAD OF ANSWERING THE PHONE WHILE JUGGLING TASKS AND NOT PAYING ATTENTION TO THE CUSTOMER, DON'T PICK UP THE PHONE IF YOU'RE TOO BUSY TO UNDERSTAND ENGLISH

The premises on Speedway are nice and clean with ample seating. The staff are always very pleasant and provide excellent service. Whenever i request my prescriptions to be mailed, they are always very prompt at sending them out, unlike my experience at my former pharmacy, Walgreens. Walgreens routinely neglected to send my scripts timely, and i had to call repeatedly to check on the status, which was vexing. At Genoa it also isn't problematic picking up my Adderall a day or two early, whereas at other places the staff will squawk in admonition and make you feel like some degenerate pill fiend. The hours may be more restrictive, they aren't open weekends and close earlier, but the service they provide here makes it worth my while.

This is my pharmacy located inside Codac. They are always so friendly and helpful. They always call when I have meds due to be refilled and they ship to my home which is awesome because I live in Picture Rocks. I had issues with my two previous pharmacies and I feel get really good service through Genoa. The best part they located in the same building as my doctor's so if I ever have a issue they can handle it rather fast.

The location on Speedway is a very clean and beautiful and comfortable environment. I like that there is security on the premises in and out of the building. The Pharmacy staff is very competent, cordial and attentive to my prescription needs. Louise
