Absolutely hands down the best pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They are all very knowledgeable and friendly and the few times I have had an issue with a script they were always able to handle it swiftly and stress free. I never mind a little wait because I know they are very busy and I know they always get it done right.

I wish I knew the pharmacist name because she's awesome! She's very fast at filling your scripts with no hassle. She also always puts them in a small bag with a few pieces of candy. I would highly recommend getting your prescriptions filled here often.

Today I was unable to use my normal pharmacy so my dr. had me choose a different one to use just for today. I’d never heard of Genoa Healthcare before, but it was an easy choice over CVS. I called first to make sure I’d be able to use them & a nice lady named Danielle answered & was very helpful. Poor Danielle had to deal with me three separate times on the phone today, but was just as friendly each time. She even saw me struggling to get my bike up their steps when I arrived & ran over to help me carry it up! (I’m pretty sure it was Danielle, but I didn’t fully realize it was probably her until she was already gone… thank you Danielle!) There were two other people working in the pharmacy as well- a man & woman who were BOTH very nice as well (even though I embarrassingly was one of those

This facility is incredibly welcoming, helpful and has saved countless lives through their advocacy and skills. The pharmacist, counseling staff, medical staff, all of them go out of their way to see that every need is met. When you’re feeling as if all is lost and you’re hopeless, trust me, go here. They will turn that negative and destructive energy to positivity and you will see your life change before you know it.
