Gentle Dental of Springfield

I had such a wonderful experience at Gentle Dental in Springfield, PA! I’ve only been there twice, but I truly feel like I’ve found my dentist. Dr. O’Brien is always so warm, comforting, and incredibly patient — even while I was being a big baby (lol). She never made me feel rushed or silly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. A big thank you to Malea for letting me be nosy while she was going over my X-rays and actually taking the time to explain what I was looking at. She was so pleasant and made everything easy to understand. Sheryl deserves a shoutout for her great sense of humor — and her quick reflexes! Quick hands for the win! The best dental experiences I've had in my life. My wife and I have been going here for 15 years and Dr. Natalie O'Brian, our dentist, and the capable staff, do an excellent job of assessing your conditions and coming up with an effective treatment plan. The care is top notch! Procedures are as "Gentle" as can be! Take my advice and give them a try! You'll be glad you did!

My experience was beyond measure The staff was amazing. Cheryl makes you feel so comfortable she answered all my questions. Dr. O'brien was is just awesome she is the best. She really took her time she was really Gentle and straight forward to the point. She told me exactly what l needed she really made me feel like l was her only patient. She really takes pride and joy in her patients. The staff at Gentle Dental really set the atmosphere they really make you feel relaxed and welcomed when you walk in they also make you feel relaxed over the phone. I am looking forward to my next visit. Gentle Dental is definitely my new dentist.

The staff is wonderful and they getting teeth and gums healthy. I did not experience that at the other location. They were all nice but fluffing when doing there jobs. I feel that's why my gums were in bad shape. When they closed I I took a chance going to this location they were great! So appreciate getting back on track! Natalie is best hygienist ever. Today teeth were cleaned and molar extracted by dentist who was more than efficient. Have no pain whatsoever following extraction. Love Gentle Dental and staff + the pricing is very manageable.
