Joy is an absolute gem! I’ve been going to her for over 7 years and she’s the only person I trust with my face—literally. She’s done my eyebrows, eyeliner, and a bunch of other services, and I always walk out feeling amazing! For years I have been without eyebrows and would refuse to leave the house without filling them in.
