Goggles Eye Care For Kids

After searching all over Middle GA I discovered this place was the only place who would examine and prescribe children under 5 years of age for eye wear or vision treatment. I am a self pay/cash pay patient for my daughter (4 y/o). There were two young men in the office that were nice and pretty helpful. The only issue that I had, which isn't really an issue probably just more so of an uncontrollable thing was, we were told we would receive the glasses within 1 week of ordering. When they didn't come the next week we called back and they said it usually takes 2 weeks. It actually ended up being about 3.5 weeks before we received them however, the shipping did take place close to thanksgiving so with it being a holiday that is fairly understandable. I wouldn't recommend a cat to this place at all I had to give 1 star just to post this when in reality they get a negative 5 star from me I couldn't talk to the owner they messed up my glasses I feel on purpose when they seen I was upset about how long it's taking for my glasses to come back and when they did they messed the prescription up but blamed it on my optometrist the only reason I came to y'all cause y'all was cheaper !!! I couldn't get no refund I couldn't talk to the owner they wanted the money first before I could even check out my glasses that was a red flag smh "WE GOT TO DO BETTER" But you for your community psshhh ! I'm not satisfied at all I feel like I just got robbed !!!!!

I ordered two cases for daily wear contacts in JULY it is now February almost March and I have still not received them. We have went up to the office in August about them and they said they forgot to order them and that they would order them right then and there, it’s now February 21st and I still have no contacts. And yes we have already payed for the two boxes of eye contacts. I’m very disappointed in this office and I expect my contacts soon. I have called and they do not EVER answer the phone.

Really wish I could give no stars. First, we made an appointment for 8/20 @ 10am and still had to wait almost 2 hours to be seen for 6 minutes. Then they tell me 4-6 weeks for the glasses to come back. With no phone calls, test or emails from them, I called to get a status update because at this point it has been 8 weeks. The lady says they have been ready for a month now and someone called me but my line was busy. On my cellphone?! REALLY?! So no one else tried to call within that month to let me know they were ready?! Her response, you could have called us too! Horrible service from the beginning. First and last time here. Not worth it.

Tried to make my daughter an appointment. Unsuccessful! They are not at all accommodating and also have selected services for selective members on Saturday. I feel if you can’t service the community all the days you are open, then Saturday services should not be listed on your website. If it remains on your website specify the type of services you offer. The receptionist also assumed that since the kids are out on Monday for the break, that I do not have a job so it was just ok to offer me Monday only. Today is January 10,2018.
