Gold Coast Physical Therapy

After a total knee replacement I slowly hobbled in, dependent on a cane. They identified my weaknesses and focused therapy on those areas. We worked on balance, flexibility, and strength. When I started, I could barely get in a car because my knee didn’t bend much- now it’s easy. At first, I couldn’t even step off a curb without someone helping me, even with the cane. Today, when I walked out, I didn’t even notice the curb. And I can take the stairs again! Yesterday at work, someone said to me, “You’re not even limping!” The friendly people at Gold Coast PT have really transformed me, and have given me the tools to continue to move forward.

Very professional. Very caring about my injuries and needs. I felt very comfortable putting my care in their hands. Very safe environment. I was unsure at first but I'm now at ease and look forward to my next session. They even welcome my young granddaughters to come with me next time if I have them that day! This place was great for me and my rehab. Jasmine, Candy, Aikeiria, Marie, Cleo, shoutout to them for being so caring and so nice to work with. I always looked forward to coming and seeing them. They truly care about their patients and have excellent bedside manner. 10/10.
