Goleta Valley Cottage Hospital

My visit to the ER today was an excellent experience. One of the security guards noticed I was limping and rushed a wheelchair over to me. The receptionist was very friendly. The nurse who took my vitals was expedient and kind. The x-ray and ultrasound techs were very kind and compassionate. Also, these services are mobile so I didn't have to be shuffled around. This was wonderful since it made it more efficient for everyone and easier on me. The doctor was kind and listened to me. I didn't feel minimized. My only encouragement for improvement would have been for the employee who delivered my test results to have introduced herself and explained up front that the doctor reviewed my tests and asked her to update me since it turned out to me nothing alarming. One of the best hospital ive been too and the staff were kind, caring and so amazing. I just moved to Santa Barbara and so very happy that this hospital is available to me and I was so impressed. Thank You to all the ER staff for taking care of me 🙏❤️

Cottage Health has the best tools for patients' electronic access to medical records there is out there. Excellent ease of access and excellent service. I LOVE COTTAGE HEALTH!

I took my grandma to the emergency room and she was treated with the upmost respect. The staff went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable, got us answers, and we were in and out and record time!

My seventeen year old son has been diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma and the entire team here has taken the best care of him with complete transparency throughout the process. I'm so grateful for them!
