The people “screening” individuals coming into the hospital is a joke! Unprofessional and the woman knows nothing about HIPPA. I have a service dog that I absolutely need and this woman has the nerve to ask me what he does for me. I hate and stress about my medical condition and hate discussing it with others who are not my doctor, boyfriend, or parents. When she asked me that question I went into a panic. My boyfriend could tell this and my dog perked up at me. Thank god for my boyfriend’s quick thinking he just said it’s his and gave an excuse. I was so angry and shaking that this woman had the nerve to ask me what my service dog does for me. It would give away clues to my condition and I didn’t want the other 4 strangers standing around me to hear! Again highly inappropriate and unprof
There is no universal healthcare in the US. Why are there solicitations for donations at retail checkouts on behalf of UVM Medical Center? Think twice before donating to this hospital which also uses non profit status for tax shields, greed and more profits.
When you are told 11:30 For an appointment fully and 💯 expect 11:30. Unacceptable....... and unprofessional to make people wait past their appointment time.
