They took car with what I needed. They do good work, they are trying to do good work but their a little overworked with our whole health system. I appreciate that the were able to get MH issue resolved quickly, if it's so ple and paperwork stuff or if you need a prescription refilled, and you gotta wait 3-4 hours at a clinic? Just call these guys and they will take care of ya, now when I was here I had to wait an extra 30 mins before I was able to get it at my appointment time, but they are trying to help so many people at once and I'm appreciative for their help. Really saves time.

Paid $20 for the dr to pop on screen to say " well I dunno what it is" my reply me neither?! Like that's why I'm here?! Gave me a referral for a gyno which I already have and have an appt with but at end of November.. SMH. Useless and waste of time and money

Made an appointment and didn't wait to long at all and nurse was awesome

While I understand folks expect this to be a walk-in clinic (it's not, you need to schedule an appointment online) and often the wait time even with an appointment can take ages, it's no different than I remember pre-pandemic with most true walk-in clinics. Since I don't have a family Doctor I rely on this clinic for attention to my general health needs. The RN is awesome and I value her presence at this clinic. Most of the Doctors that I've virtually met here have been terrific and again, I value their services. On top of things, having the PharmaRight Pharmacy on site makes it a convenient one-stop care centre (also terrific staff and attention to detail, never had issues with any prescription dispensing). Five stars, as I've always felt listened to and have received excellent care here

I agree with people the wait times are crazy. What I would advise for patience is to not blame the young lady at the front desk. She's clearly overworked and underpaid. She's a really hard worker. This amount of bookings for one employee is ethically wrong. This won't get better without PT's help.😷
