My husband and I met with Dr. Cox personally at his office. He went over all of the various aspects of sleep apnea with us. He was extremely informative, highly professional and exceptionally kind. He answered all of our questions and took a great deal of time to make sure that we had enough information to help us decide whether this procedure is what my husband wants to go forward with.

Dr. Cox is awesome! I just have had a consultation with him and it was great. He is very informative and make sure that you understand the information that he gives you. He’s very welcoming, and I feel comfortable and secure in his choices to help me get better results and to improve my sleep at night.

I am not quite sure how this business received five stars. If I could have given zero stars, that would have been more accurate. They bait you in, charge your insurance, not until then did we found out they were out-of-network. When the staff finally got their papers correct, they filed my claim for 2/10/23, and not for the actually date of service of 1/13/22. My insurance would have covered at 100% due to my out-of-pocket deductible being met until February 1st of 2023. Therefore, I was billed over $600 dollars because of the incorrect date. I’ve had to appeal this amount and not to mention they charged me $300 copay. If Kelly would have been honest, I would be receiving a refund. Dr. Cox is fantastic! He really listens and is so knowledgeable! I've had Apnea for years and he told me things I had never heard. He is a very caring doctor and has a lot of patience.

Dr. Cox was very thorough and knowledgeable about sleep apnea and the possibility of being able to use a mouthpiece appliance instead of the CPAP. Very detailed and easy to talk to and ask questions. Showed me several of the appliances and explained how they work. If you deal with sleep apnea this is another option definitely worth checking into! They also have an amazing staff!!!
