Good Samaritan Hospital West Tower Entrance (incl. ICU)

So thankful for the kindness and care we received here. We were in a bad vehicle accident far from home, and were brought here by ambulance. The team and doctors here were “Good Samaritan” type of people, going above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. A special thanks to Dr Obasi, Dr Sorrel, Dr McGowan, and the nurses in ICU pediatrics for their talent and medical performance. Because of the Dr’s knowledge, our brother’s leg was saved. Also was impressed with the volunteer team in the hospital who work to add some kindness to life. God bless you all.

Praise God! So extremely grateful that for the first time since January 24th I don't have pain and that pressure of my spine collapsing. My ribs and muscles are having to figure out what to do so there is pain but it is so very manageable. If anyone ever needs a spine specialist team I highly recommend everyone at CHI Good Samaritan Hospital in Kearney Nebraska. From the very kind and helpful staff doing the MRI to the doctors, nurses, anesthesiologist, to the radiologist staff and anyone I don't remember. A huge life changing Thank you! Took my mom to have her lumpectomy cancer surgery at 6am, got there at 540am to check in and the check in receptionist was extremely rude! She acted bothered that we were in there and she had to check us in! Her name is Adrianne and if someone is working in a hospital, especially the surgery receptionist , they should be kind and welcoming, not rude like she was. She literally told us "I don't want to be here" to my mom who was checking in for her cancer surgery. It was completely unprofessional how her attitude was.

Huge hospital. Staff was busy. Not overly friendly. The hospital has many qualified specialists.

Rude pushy people. Long waits because folks there don't care.
