Good Shepherd Specialty Hospital

My husband was here for a month in 2022 as a step down from ICU he received excellent care. Amazing caring and professional staff, i honestly can't say enough Great things about this speciality hospital. Thank you.

Amazing place. Very clean and patients have their own rooms. They did amazing with my mom's hygiene and taking care of her. The staff is very friendly and very helpful when I called and needed something. Anne the social worker is a sweetheart who goes above and beyond with her job and also advocated for my mom when we needed. Thomas one of the head nurses is also amazing and goes above and beyond. I called and bugged him so many times for updates or to help my mom with something and he was always very sweet and nice. The only one little thing is I wish the Dr's weren't so hard to get a hold of and had a little bit better communication with the patients family. Overall though this place is amazing and has a wonderful staff.

I can write a book about how fine and clean and professional and compassionate the environment at this hospital is. My feedback is very late and I will shortly be sharing the unbelievable level of care the staff at EVERY level provided to my mom, who was in a very critical condition due to a tracheostomy procedure she had. 5 stars ✨ is not enough. My husband Craig Montgomery was at the Specialty Hospital as a step down from ICU. He was given excellent care. My only complaint would be the food that often arrive late and not always warm if it was a hotplate. I could recommend 100% this facility for any family member who needs this specialized care

What a wonderful staff. From the case workers, to nurses, therapists, and doctors, I cannot say enough nice things about these professionals and their care. Thank you for taking such good care of my Dad when he was a patient, as well as our entire family throughout his stay. What a world of difference you made during a difficult time. Thank you.
