Go anywhere but here. I’m nearly two weeks into trying to get a pre-authorization for a medication I am out of (because they won’t do a pre-authorization) and they will not respond to messages from the portal OR the pharmacy when they request it. Retain a good law firm before you go. I’m exploring my options. Edit: MDs and FNPs are good to go. It's everyone else you must deal with at this practice.

Jill Arora has been my primary card doctor for at least 7 years. Last month I saw her and she made a follow up appointment for me. Today I went to the office after I confirmed my appointment and Angela told me they could not see me because insurance has Dr Black as my primary care doctor and that I needed to call insurance to have them change it since he had retired. I called insurance, had them change it and handed my phone to the receptionist to confirm. They still refused to see me for the appointment because it was not changed in their system. I asked to speak to someone over Angela and was told he was heading to a meeting, of course! Angela said she was new and started yelling at me.

“Ridiculous.” That’s what Angela called my questions after I began asking questions to clarify and understand the “rules of the game” with this place. I see I’m not the only one who has been treated VERY disrespectfully and with a condescending attitude by the practice administrator, Angela… If my company’s team treated our customers like she treats your patients, we’d be out of business. Angela wouldn’t even tell me her last name when I asked. I’m guessing there’s little-to-no accountability with Angela. I’d welcome the opportunity to speak with someone in authority at Grandview Medical Group. I refuse to let this go unchecked. Medicine has gone by the way of “profit over patient” at this point… UPDATE: I have now called the number provided below by Grandview on four different occasions,

I had a very tramatic stay in the Phyc ward. Its awful and needs to be shut down. Only 1 of the female nurses treated me with respect. The others doesnt need to be a behaviour nurse. I will give 2 names, Donna and Susan, they looked at me as if i were crazy. When i ask for my meds, they tried to ignore me. I could go on and on.

I have had nothing but a good experience at this office. Jill Aurora takes really good care of me and is a listener. The girl in the lab is fantastic too and Jill Auroras nurse is kind also. I really have t seen any negativity here at all! Reenie Townley
