Omg I love this office. The front staff Lulu and Kaitlin went above and beyond answering all my questions and helping me get an appt with the hygienist and doctor. The assistants Ruhi and Ariana were so gentle with the X-rays and explained what I would expect moving forward with the appt. The manager Stephanie helped explain my treatment plan and plan out my future appts. Omg the Hygienist is phenomenal, she legit cleans like clean clean how it’s supposed to be, not that 5 min bs from other offices, I love her! Dr. Marina is absolutely amazing, she gave me a thorough exam and explained everything, answered all my annoying questions with patience and inviting like she really does listen and wants to genuinely help. Can’t wait for my next appts, this is the top notch dental office. 10/10!

The staff are friendly and explain things clearly. Flexible payment options are available, and they'll help you get things set up. I went to this branch because my local one didn't have someone in their office to do my procedure, and with a quick phonecall to the North Brunswick office, it was easy to confirm that they had all my records transferred. The only minor inconvenience was that the parking lot was full when I arrived for my appointment. It's in a small shopping center and there were still snow piles in the lot, so I don't blame GEDC for it. And it was easy enough to park next door at the Wawa and walk over. My advice, try for a morning appointment and budget time to park just in case the lot is busy. Looking forward to going back for my follow-ups!

This is back door “dentist” experience, stay away. Not one person here is qualified in anyway at what they’re tasked to do: front desk, assistant, hygienist, dentist. Everyone has horrible manners and time management is nonexistent. The lack of professionalism is concerning. Read the reviews and you’ll see they pull the same scam on everyone telling them they need to do a deep cleaning before a standard clean. They will make you come in and then on the spot tell you they can’t actually do your cleaning until you do a “deep clean.” Then, they will literally send you home and make you come back, claiming they can’t do the deep cleaning that day because it’ll take too long and that they need to schedule more time. The front desk staff, office manager, and assistants were all incredibly kind and helpful definitely the highlight of my visit. However, my experience with the doctor was disappointing. As a new patient last week, I was surprised and uncomfortable when the doctor loudly addressed another patient across the room. It felt unprofessional and made me uneasy. To make matters worse, by the time my appointment ended at 4:56 PM, I had a question I wanted to ask. When the assistant went to find the doctor, I was told she had already left for the day. As a new patient, this felt dismissive and disrespectful. It left me feeling like my concerns didn’t matter. Unfortunately, while the staff was wonderful, the experience with the doctor left a negative impression.
