Great Lakes Hospital for Animals

My dog bozo was very sick and went to the emergency vet hospital and got checked out. I I called his regular vet Great Lake hospital for animals, they got him in the next day to check on his infection for pneumonia. They have been in contact with me all the time and have more appointments to make sure he is getting better. Very helpful and caring staff.

We are so happy we made the switch to this clinic. Leo finally has received great, competent care. Dr. Smith looked in his ears, talked to him. This is the most comfortable I have ever seen him in a new place. Our tech was amazing, the check-in and check-out was seamless! Very caring staff at this clinic.

I have been nothing but pleased with the care my dog has received at Great Lakes Hospital for Animals. From the very first phone call, it’s clear that they truly care about animals and their owners. The team is always reassuring, and the follow-up care after visits is incredibly generous and kind. Being able to text questions about prescriptions or ongoing care is extremely helpful, and scheduling appointments is always easy. I appreciate how fair and transparent they are about pricing and working within a budget. I couldn’t ask for a better veterinary team.

This was our first time at this vet. We got in right away and it was easy to schedule online. When we arrived, all the staff members were so kind and with my dog being so scared, they got us into a room right away. My dog gets extremely nervous at the vet, but she loved Maddie, Dr Van Houten's assistant. Maddie was amazing, she had so much patience with all my questions. She checked in on me while we were waiting for results and all her actions show how much she cares.
