Great Oak Dental Care

I had a great experience and felt very comfortable here, starting with the front desk receptionist, Michelle. The dental hygienist, Abby, did a very thorough and gentle job with the teeth cleaning. Dr. Kapoor takes her time to answer any questions and explain without rushing you out the door. Both were very knowledgeable and welcoming. I am so happy I found Great Oak Dental! I will be coming here for all of my future dental needs.

I haven't even been here yet, and I am already wowed by their customer care! I called to ask if they were taking on new patients, and was told yes - but that it would be several weeks before I could be seen. What a blessing! I had JUST been told by the dental practice I've gone to for 11 YEARS that because I had to reschedule my most recent semi-annual cleaning (due to my mother being in the hospital), the soonest they could get me in would be SEVEN MONTHS from now, in JULY. This change to a new dentist is LONG overdue, and I very much look forward to meeting MICHELLE at GREAT OAKS, who so graciously assisted me today!!!

Everyone from walking in the door to leaving was very nice and helpful. The dentist ( Dr Kapoop) took her time explaining what I needed and the hygienist (Tricia) answered all questions. I did not feel rushed or pressured about anything. I would recommend.

This was my first visit as a new patient and I was extremely pleased! Online booking was a breeze. The staff, hygienist, and dentist were all very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend!
