I would give them 10 stars if I could! My front tooth broke on a Friday afternoon during lunch and my normal office was closed. And my daughter was getting married the next day and we had a professional photographer coming. I called several dentist offices and no one would see me. Dr. Mallory agreed to see me right away so I went straight to the office. She and the hygienist were so kind. Instead of re-bonding an old injured tooth she said the best solution long term would be a crown, and they did it right there on the same day. This is my second visit to this office for periodontal maintenance cleaning. I arrive 10 minutes early for my appointment and check in with the desk. 15 minutes after my appointment time, they call my cellphone to see if I was coming in as I sat in their lobby. From the desk across the room sitting behind the computer they ask if my insurance changed, but I had no idea they were actually talking to me. Once I finally got back for my periodontal maintenance cleaning appointment, I was literally in the chair less than 20 minutes. My previous dentist took nearly an hour of proper deep cleaning. Hydrosonic was used around my mouth, than a polish, then a couple random scrapes with manual tools, floss. No measurements. Dr. Smith is a person of excellence. His skills, kindness and caring attitude are unmatched and he has the foresight to surround himself with like-minded staff! I was quite anxious about my giving short notice for the appointment; however, I was scheduled and everything worked out very pleasantly.

Angela was very kind and did an amazing job with my cleaning/xrays! I also really appreciated Dr. Toney taking time to come to my room early to meet me and look at my scans!

Dr Mallory Toney is very professional and talks you through every step by putting together the best dental plan for you. She was very careful, she paid complete attention to every detail, ensuring nothing was overlooked. I received exceptional care from everyone that was on her team. I was so nervous and afraid about going to the dentist due to past experiences. She had to extract a tooth and I never felt pain nor did I experience pain after. I followed all of the instructions that were given after my procedure. My routine never changed. So, grateful, thankful and blessed.
